Key scripture:
"Rise in the presence of the aged, show respect for the elderly and revere your God. I am the Lord." Leviticus 19:32
Mission:
This ministry is designed to keep senior members engaged and involved in the church setting. The Senior Ministry at First Baptist Church Bracktown recognizes the many contributions our senior adults have made over the years.
“Family Worship” - 10:15 a.m.
Scripture Verse: 1 John 5:14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
If you need anyone to do any grocery shopping or shopping in general, the I-Care team is available. Very cold weather is upon us now, if you need doors and windows winterized, let us know so that we can get this done before winter ready sets in.
Our Sympathy is extended to Sis. Mary Laine and family during the homegoing of her husband Bro. Jilson Laine.

A New Year With The Lord
A new year is about to unfold
With new opportunities to explore
Doors will open for new experiences,
New adventures with the Lord
Remember not the former things,
The things of this past year,
The Lord will do new things in us
Much more than we are aware
For He will make a way for us
As we put our trust in Him
And He will guide our every step
By His presence we have within
What God has placed within our hearts,
We find we'll be able to do
If we look for the opportunities,
We'll see the door to go through
We mustn't let anything hold us back
But rise up and take our place
And be all that God wants us to be
With a fresh touch of His grace
