Fall Picnic Committee- The picnic this year will be held at Shillito Park on August 14.  This year, we are asking each family to give $10 for food.  This will allow all the food to be prepared in advance and will give a larger menu variety.  Parents are needed for planning, set-up and tear down.   

Concession Stand Committee- Each year, parents and BMWs are asked to work at least one ball game each.  We need a committee of adults to oversee the concession stands.  Parents who sign up for this committee will be properly trained. 

Boutillion Planning Committee- This is a formal introduction of our young men into society.  The introduction will be limited to Juniors and Seniors only, but all BMWs will be involved in some way.  Parents are needed to secure a space for the event, as well as to order tuxedos, set the menu and a host of other things.
